"I have a neighbor everybody calls 'Aunt Nell.' She is 107. She still lives independently in her own home. She reads a lot. She goes to exercise class 2 times a week. Other than being hard of hearing, she has no medical problems and only takes 2 pills a day. She has such a good outlook on life. She is always happy and loves to sit and chat. Until just a few years ago, she did all her own yard work and had a beautiful yard. She cooks her own breakfast every morning. She has gone so long in life in great parts do to her strong religious beliefs. If I can still get around and live independently, as well as Aunt Nell, I want to live this long, too." - Amy
