#FarrisStory: paying employees first

"I want to speak about my daughter. She went to school got her Bachelor degree, her Master's Degree and her PHD before she was thirty years old. After doing this she established her own company. The wonderful thing was she hired people that she knew, that needed a little help to get on their feet. One needed a job to pay medical bills. One needed a job to get back on her feet after a breakup with her spouse. A few just needed a chance to have a job on their resumes to let employers know that they had worked. There were times when her reimbursements came in slow but she paid her employees first and waited for her salary. I applaud her for taking that unknown step into the business world and doing it her way. When the government funding ran out,she was the last to get paid, always her employees first."
