"There is a guy at work named Chuck. He was always a happy, good-natured, friendly guy. We talked college football when we saw each other... went to the horse races once. Anyways, Chuck got brain cancer. They removed a giant tumor from his head and has been receiving treatment for at least 3 years. Sometimes he looks like hell. You can see he is suffering from the chemo, but he misses work very rarely. We all donated sick time to him and his family when he ran out in the early stages of treatment. I suppose he is an inspiration, not just for the battle he is fighting, but as a reminder: If Chuck can come in to work every day with all that is weighing on him, then I can surely do it without that burden." - Mark from Corona, CA
