"My grandfather Charlie made me who I am today. He taught me everything from fishing to farming to being a gentleman and staying humble. He taught me how to be patient and to keep an open mind. He tried to teach me to think before I speak but I'm still working on that!
He died 10 years ago this August. The fact that I still think about him daily and remember every word he said and lesson he taught me stands as a testament to what kind of man he was.
I'll never forget him and I'll always keep his spirit alive."
